Generally your positivecs symptoms should be in remission, and your negatives should be increased by meds, so they can be relieved by a reduction.
Also if you are having adverse effects

I think it’s wiser to stay put because schizophrenia is chronic so it’s the meds making you feel better and if you come off them you risk relapse

You know I got lowered in very much of antipsychotics. You know you should be able to sleep and in Harmony with yourself. And you should feel that the antipsychotic really makes it hard for you to do things of your likings. But you must contact a psychiatrist to help you. And you must lower very slowly to avoid relapse.
You know now where I’m on the combinations of Clopixol depot 400 mg every 3 weeks and a Seroquel XR 300 mg pill. I’ll keep these dosings and combinations for the rest of my life.

No one here is a doctor. You should discuss this with your pdoc. Be straightforward, and tell them you’d like to cut meds. Then go from there. I asked to cut back on two, so we are doing first one, then the other. It’s going smoothly, and I’m glad I spoke to her and got her support.
