I got stuck at age 17, my dad once commented I think like I did when I was 17. Physically, laying down I feel like I’m 17 until I get up then I feel my age, 65. Aches and pains.

I’m having pelvic pain which is worrisome since I just had my appendix removed so that’s scary… hope it goes away. Also anxiety after dental appointment so not feeling too great today unfortunately

I share this odd age contradiction, like being young and old at the same time. It is both a blessing and a curse on equal measure. But maybe it is nice illusion up until body reminds it too exists. :face_holding_back_tears:

Feeling miserable. Did nothing all day today on the psych ward except vape. Fed up.

Your self esteem is in the wrong place For example you found plenty of self esteem and vaping because the motivation of dopamine was in the brain Now if you can harvest that dopamine to making the muscles work for exercise you’ll discover that it becomes simple for you to move around better and therefore the start of a better healthy You.

Feeling crappy…doctor is referring me to a cardiology clinic for an assessment. He doesn’t want to do another pulmonary function test until my breathing is good for at least 6 weeks. Still taking antibiotics and prednisone but not sure it’ll do anything. It’s really stressing me out…

65 is a good age. Well my mom is 65 too. Shes like wait til you get to my age. I know mom.lol

I was in crisis with a 23 yr old girl. I as k ed her what year she was born in 2003. Holy crap you were just a twinkle whenni began treatment.
