I’m 56, but feel 23 mentally.

I heard someone once say, that you mentally stay the age you were most happy. I don’t know if it’s true in general, but it’s true in my case.

im 28, feel 50

I am in my 50’s but lately I have been feeling much older - like I am in my 60’s. Not sure why - probably menopause :expressionless_face:
