Do you have a savings account?
If not, get one.
Then when you get your money, put a certain amount of money straight away into that account . The same amount every month.
What’s left over, you can spend.

I hope you can save money. I used to a long time ago have this problem but I’m listening to my parents and trying to save. This is really important so you don’t become bankrupt or homeless (sorry to say).

Don’t use credit cards except when traveling. Just buy things at stores with cash. The inconvenience slows you down that way.

I took a class in this that helped me. I use to over spend. Look at your bank statements circle all of the subscriptions and spending. Remove your card from places like Amazon, Paypal. Utilize the wishlist feature and let it sit in your cart for a few days. If you can’t do that, pay yourself first when you get paid and autopay a certain amount to your savings. I choose a savings that will acrue a good amount of interest everytime I put money in. They even have the acorns app that allows you to invest and takes a percentage out of what you spend. I also use this app called opportun that saves for a rainy day by taking a couple of dollars out every purchase and it pulls it out to prevent you from going into overdraft. It’s going to take gentle reminders to stop.

Take a few months buy everything you want that you can afford. Get it out of your system. Do it while you’re young. Notice you’ll find new crap to buy. Welcome to capitalism. Desire never stops. The propaganda never sleeps. Treat yourself just don’t make it a lifestyle. Money is meant for one thing, that’s survival. If you’re able to survive no matter what life throws at you then by all means spend money. If not get it out of your system then live frugal. Adopt a philosophy that reinforces this view. Maybe survival becomes your life philosophy. Good luck. Remember everyone is working hard to get your money from you. Don’t make it easy for them.

The Doctor came out - i was waiting 7 hours. 20mg Diazapam . And the distict nurse is coming out, give me my needle later this morning. Thank fck for that.
The EUPD was kicking in - and i was threatening para suicide. Dumb crap.

yeah i will be ok. Feel like ive done 10 pints, altho obviosly not touched it. Ive been slowly climbing the wall for days. The valium has just put the brakes on my head.
I dont know whats worse, the voices from the schizophrenia - or my transient moods from the EUPD.
I need to practice a bit of self care.

Thanks Joker. Yeah ill have the needle in a bit - Shes coming from Crawley, so she got a bit of a drive lol.
Its the time of the year mate - it always screws with my head, usually when no poxy services are open lol.
