I need to lose a bit of weight

Not sure what it is but I’ve started getting a belly bump. Going full proto dad bod since I’m 30 now.

Any ideas on how to get rid of it? I understand that diet plays a crucial role but for excercise what is the best way to go about it?

Just get your heart pumping for 30 minutes a day. Bike, walk, run, the choice is yours.

I’m trying to lose weight too.

I joined a gym and I’m really enjoying it. I have only done cardio so far.

I feel better than I did when I was not exercising.

I just went for a 10-minute run getting my body and mind ready to run more and more everyday. My body is out of shape!!!

Yeah I might go back to doing cardio only. I’m not that interested in building muscle tbh. Only losing my belly fat.

Aerobics is good to lose belly fat

It’s pleasant and not hard

I use Eva fitness and Zumba class channels on YouTube
