Has anyone done this/been doing this? Today is my first day and its kinda hard. My mum doesnt believe its a good idea and that its pointless because she says all I really need to do is simply eat less which is true but its impossible for me to do so as I eat a lot late at night tons of crap.
Today is my first day of IF and I did it to set up conditions so that I can achieve a calorie deficit. I had gammon steak with veg and mash for lunch which slightly filled me up but I still felt hungry so an hour later I had two brown toast with flora butter. I feel a bit more satiated.
Is it normal to feel hungry during the eating period when uou get started? My fast breaks from 12-8pm. Maybe if someone could shed some light on things that would be great.
I try to IF, by skipping breakfast, but sometimes I find myself snacking during the afternoon between lunch and dinner. So it kinda cancels out not eating breakfast haha but I try to drink water instead when I’m hungry in the afternoon

I think its okay to snack in between meals but as long as you adhere to the caloric deficit right? Im quite new to this so dont take my words as gospel
Mine is from dinner the night before, until lunch the next day. So anywhere from roughly 6 pm - 11 am. I also use psyllium fiber drink in the morning to help feel full during the IF
