Not aperantly it was in 3 shifts. And better for that on this pills I cant do nothing at home. I even don’t understand sentences if they are long.

Don’t give up @Lonelyeveryday . Things can get better. I’m sorry you’re feeling so low. Maybe join a Clubhouse? They are international and offer social activities where you can make friends who are going through what you’re going through, they can help you look for a job, they sometimes offer help with basic education like math and reading, etc. they’re fabulous. You can make friends and have a purpose. If you want I can share a link so you can see if there is one near you

I disclosed illness in my current job and I get adjustments that help me keep it
Obviously depends on the company
Any large business can likely shoulder the support you may need

I just checked. There isn’t a clubhouse in Macedonia 
However, you could volunteer. It helps you feel good about yourself and gives you the opportunity to meet other people
