Saying, here’s a job. Apply for it.
A couple of months ago I visited him in hospital and he said I have been out of work too long and asked if im even trying and getting interviews.
So I sent him an email today saying I already accepted an offer. and im looking forward to it. I guess now I realise why I took the job ive taken. its to break the stigma. And help support staff better help people with learning disabilities and autism. Yes, a lot of people in healthcare do not like this course but for me im going to concentrate on how people like me / us can be better supported. I will be happy if just one person feels this course opened their eyes.
