Came out of crisis centre yesterday, i was away 2 nights and it did me a lot of good but it feels up and down, mixed with tiredness. I visited the community cafe this morning and chatted to some lovely older ladies, they we’re all nice to me. I might go more often. Slept after exhausted. I dont know if this antidepressant increase of vortioxetine/brintillix is adding to the tiredness, but hey ho i’ll just stick with it. I see the psychiatrist in May just a 8 weeks to go. Reassess then about antipsychotic. I was paranoid in A&e thinking people we’re reading my thoughts and hating me. Was also hearing nasty voices in hospital. But overall chatting to the nurses was very good for me, i opened up a lot more than i usually do.
You sound better today. Less depressed. That’s good that you made friends with some older women. They could become friends for you and maybe talking about your feelings with some friends is what you need right now.
I’m glad your listening to music. Can be uplifting fr
Its really hard opening up about mental illness but as long as i just stick to basic mh issues and not tell them anything complicated at the community cafe. Its just normies there. But yep i could be friends with them maybe. I just doubt myself and my own capabilities of going regularly and talking etc
I might be okay just trying to keep my mood level, just gotta keep trying
I become low mood very rapidly and worse in evenings, it can last hours or a few days.
The past 3 weeks has been very bad worse than usual and i dont know why but i keep losing hope which doesnt help. No hope to carry on.
You people here are friends and give good advice. I like all of you.
Im trying my best and going to hospital and reaching out. Thats all i can do
