I’m having a good day. My Mom and I walked in the valley I drank a coffee and now two sodas so I’m all hopped up on caffeine. We got paid today which is nice. How about you are you having a good day?

I felt kinda dead inside.
Disconnreted from myself and others and alone and disrespected and bully vibed etc when out.
Im single again .
Was not on medication for a year or so.
Ghat time i was not paychotic but had strong emotions such as sitting in shopping centre sobbing out loud and laughing then sobbing n almost wailing my sorrow or what call it.
When strong emotions not crying i frlt kinda dead inside and disconnected from my body self and others.
Depersonalisation and disassociation etc but not psychotic.
However i felt like such a mess that i decided to go on olanzapine so back on medz now.
Im size 16 n overweight n on medz i might gain a size or two but they might help me to better quality of life.
Tried going out for walk yesterday n felt bully vibed and excluded n hated on which is usual.
Immature of them.
I just left.
Dont go out that often.
Did go by myself n watch male strippers a while back.
Show started 7 pm i think and i was probably back by 9 pm.
Was a outider kinda and was there by myself but still quiet enjoyed it.
Those fellazzz had some moves.
Never seen or experirnced anything like it.

Havent been out for yrs n yrs before that as such .
Now my dog is old and gets discomfort in evening so i wont leave him alone in evenings not even for a hour.
Hoping to get a better quality if life for me and my dog and also a better people to and for me surround ne such as people treat one with respect and one goezzz well with n so.
How are you and how havd you been?
