I really hope you find comfort or peace in your hospital stay. I hope you can get some sleep and eat well. That usually takes me back to normal after psychosis. Wishing you the best.

Thanks guys! I’m in emergency ward on waiting list for bed in psych ward. Have to sleep in a armchair which is really uncomfortable. Govt hospital. Not enough beds. Argh. And I haven’t had my night meds yet. The nurse said I must wait for dr. But I have my meds with me. Frustrated. Hope I can safely skip a dose, especially 200mg lamotrigine. But I think I did before when I was here. This particular hospital is my eighth time so I’m familiar with the procedure.
Ohhh I want to SH… save hubby from Alien. Maybe it’s good I’m here…I’m safe …
