why delusions presist despite antipsychotics intake? when will this hell come to an end?

Maybe you didn’t find the right medication yet
You could ask to your doctor to try something else if it doesn’t work

I don’t know your situation, but some delusions are rooted in trust issues. I try to trust my fellow man until proven otherwise. But still one shouldn’t be naive.

Aging has really bettered my delusions and the right meds is a key to success as well.

Some delusions reflect who I am.
They are part of my identity.
APs make them less powerful though
