When i smoke my oxygen level drops to 88-91% not good but i cant quit i need to smoke?

Yep ive tried all methods of quitting over the counter stuff anyways

Right im gonna cut down to every 30 mins, its gonna be hell

No one needs to smoke, frickin’ addiction just makes it feel like that.

I chain smoke everyday so usually every 10-15 min

Have you tried gum? My dad was a heavy smoker and quit about 10 years ago and chews nicorette gum and sucks hard candies to get through.

I cant cope without smoking its the only thing i enjoy

My doctor refused to give me meds to help because he said i would prob kill myself on those because of smi

I went to see a woman who gave me free nicorette products but they didnt help i just wanted to smoke

I understand. I hit my vape every 5 minutes my Mom said I wheeze at night and I’m only 32 don’t know what to do

88% oxygen is concerning, its time to quit. I know its extremely difficult to quit, but its possible. Write down on a piece of paper all the positives that would come from you stopping. Every time you have a craving, go over the paper.

Thanks im prob gonna end up on oxygen in my 50s im not far off im 47. I couldnt do vaping it made me crave tobacco even more

Even though i dont inhale my oxgen monitor says 88-91% and thats low

Ive done one hour without and im away from the smokey living room. Ive opened some windows. Hubby being supportive. Just gotta make it a couple of hrs until bed @TheCanuk

No cravings but im worried the moment i get stressed and something stresses me then my resolve will disappear and i’ll be craving one. I will just keep holding on but hubby stresses me out when he goes on his political rants

Ive basically done 2 hours and the cravings for the past 30 mins are a knawing 4/10 i would rather like to smoke? But i feel like Homer Simpson inside and battling my willpower, im 50:50 lol

maybe finding a healthy replacement for it can help, like starting a new hobby

Im just gonna cut down, i did 2 hrs without any so maybe if i smoke every 20-30 min instead, that would help. I cant do any hobbies ive no motivation or rarely any
