Seems like complkcated situation according the study. Maybe lowest effective dose is the best approach, or maybe not.

Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if they put me on valium instead of a AP on my first psychosis. What I needed foremost was to calm down ang get some sleep. It seems a bit rigorous to just put everyone that has a psychosis on a AP. Maybe they have tested it before and that’s why there is a one size fits all approach.
