I do not know elon musk but he comes up in my schizophrenia in a very horrible way

I have to remember that my schizophrenia is nonsense.

I do not know him so i cannnot rely on schizophrenia an illness

Consciously deciding not to think is a good first step. Only think when engaged in something requiring thought. If not engaged in anything, try watching or listening something non triggering.

I know this sounds crazy but uk is cold today n i did not wear my coat.

It is really not helping my mood.

Feel really grouchy. On top of the schizophrenic symptoms.

Its all good zoe… its hard with mental illness. Make sure above all you are kind to yourself even if the sz makes you mean or whatever. It makes a big difference…
