I’m having this predicament where it’s hard telling what’s real, like memories or scenarios; vs what’s a dream, fictional, or just what my mind construes.
I obviously get similar when I go psychotic, but this part is new, as I’m actively aware that this memory, or scenario, or dream is fiction or not. But it’s like a block between the veil of reality, one where its tumultuous to think on a daily basis.
Anyone else have experience with this?

I think if you are unable or unwilling to provide details it may be hard for others to compare their own experiences with yours.
Not trying to push you to share more…just saying.
I believed my grandfather was John Gacy…delusional…I hope you get to feeling better.

No, I can provide more details. Basically, I’ll have a dream, and throughout the day I’m struggling to know whether it actually happened, that’s my most common one.
Next one is a delusion I think, which I think it’s delusional, but sometimes can’t tell. I’ll give an example: are people reading my thoughts and can I read theirs. Thought broadcasting and thought insertion, pretty typical schizophrenic stuff. But I actually consternated on it
