Why do you feel weak? Is it physical. Not to quote Jordan Peterson but he said something interesting once which is the if we’re not growing we’re shrinking. Maybe you’ve been shrinking for too long and the trajectory is strong so you have to stop and grow somehow and it will be hard at first. It won’t be like it was at first because of how long the shrinking’s been taking place.
That’s just the theory though. I don’t know what you’re going through so I hope you don’t take it too deeply, but maybe it would help to try to start to do something that’s difficult whether it’s just small.

Yeah, that’s probably one of my problems.
When I used to exercise I was resilient as fu-ck. Now I just let myself rot! I’m waiting for my brain to switch on the resilience but it’s not there. It’s hard when I don’t have that internal force.
I need to start exercising. It’s one of my biggest hurdles. I started doing push-ups, situps and squats with my bodyweight. I have a gym membership but haven’t been going. I’m going to cancel that membership because the gym is run by clowns. They don’t take their job seriously and it bothers me.
