Nurse came to do my bp and weight today. I’ve lost about 15lbs from the last time they came to weigh me. Haven’t been calorie counting as I get too anal about precise calories per item of food. It’s been down to making healthier choices . I’m now just over 16 stone, fully dressed with shoes on.

That’s 224 lbs. A typical weight it seems for an average sized adult male on aps who eats moderately. I was around that weight for a time on paliperidone.
