Avoiding checking my weight

I usually check my weight on Mondays. The nurse at group lets me. But because I cheated so much yesterday I fear I either gained weight or stayed the same

I don’t want to let this cause me to quit. Maybe I should just check in two weeks.

Once in like a 3 months I lost 30 lbs I mostly ate cereal and not much chips

I used to check my weight every morning.

No more

Now I’ll weigh myself maybe twice a week if that.
