I see my pdoc in the morning 11am.im hoping the weather will foff for a bit. He’s going into the caplyta.

I saw mine on Friday…she raised the clozapine and Wellbutrin but was really pushing me to do ECT again.

In a month. My old one just quit so the new one wants to see me every month for awhile. Kind of annoying but I’ll roll with it.

I see my doctor this morning. Not sleeping great, so I dont know what they will suggest next. Sleep not as bad as in January when I was getting like 45 minutes to 1 hour at a time. I slept 3 hours and now im up. Not tired. Maybe my antidepressant is too high now since im not taking olanzapine anymore? Going to see what doc says. I take 80mg of fluoxetine.

Last appointment was 1 April, next one 27 May. If this is a relapse I’m having I might have to bring it closer.

Just met with my pdoc this morning. He decided to lower my dosage of Vraylar from 6 mg to 4.5 mg. So I’m excited about that – hoping it works out!

He also thinks I sleep too much – I’m gonna try to get up earlier. I already get up between 7:00-7:30 am, so I might set my alarm for 6:00 am. I can do it

Next week on the psych ward. I will be angry and frustrated but I will voice my concerns. My mother is fighting for my freedom also.

I saw my pdoc year ago.

If my GP gives me my meds,I’ll probably see her (pdoc ) in December ..

We don’t have psych nurses,I get meds for six months monthly…

I have my pdoc appointment this Wednesday morning. I am able to do these appointments every 3 months through an online telehealth call. I like my pdoc because he doesn’t push me to take more medication than I think I need.
