Hey man you and me both.
My main problem is I’m not willing to lower my standards from when I was 25. And I am not as thin or handsome as I was then by a long shot. I also have some teeth staining from smoking. My goal is GLP 1 and maybe some bonding on my top front teeth to correct the discoloration but even then I’d rather not put myself out there to be eviscerated in the dating scene.

Incel culture is real and even if your older so be kind to yourself but there’s ways around it if your open to it to do better with women, men, small creatures from Alpha Centuri!
I’ve found dating when your on a disability pension to be hard. I get sick of that conversation but at leftist events I got hit on by a lady and had to decline and play off that back foot…not in my current lifestyle but appreciate the effort…
Here’s the thing. It is you and it’s years of you but it’s still about getting out there…You can’t make relationships without the basics of meeting opposite sex,same sex and anything you like if isn’t creepy and usually that is in social situations because your not doing on the side of the road changing a tyre.
So. You have to get out and meet ladies so go to things where you do…so you need to not blame circumstance and put yourself in places where you meet people of similar age…
Religion. Politics. The desire to be the best dressed man on the retirement homes ten pin bowling league…You have to make the effort…and not blame anyone else because the ladies are there but as your older it does get harder but socialisation is a skill that is learned via practice…
And. Dating apps work for some but as your older I’d say it’s way more complicated but it’s still something worth investigating!

I don’t think most people are at risk of integrating or fuelling incel culture with their comments. The op is in the general area of interest of incel but it doest have much mysogeny, try to create solidarity amongst men against women, or rave against the current culture or womens standards or expectations etc.
It’s just kind of a paranoid style joke about not getting any for a long time. I thought it was funny. I personally am not that interested and dont try to meet women, and have ignored several clear irl advances over the last few years. It’s basically my fault I’m not getting any, and it doesn’t bother me at all.

Dating apps work. I was on 20+ dates back when I used them, goes to show they work. But of those there were only 3 that culminated into something meaningful. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I found someone through dating apps if I ever feel up to it again.
