Stay away from sweets, rice, pasta and bread and you should be fine

Honestly, I don’t even know. I just try to avoid or limit my intake of processed foods as much as possible. That is not to say that I wouldn’t touch something processed once in a while, however.

See food. Put food in mouth. Chew, swallow, repeat. Look in mirror. Approve, disapprove. Respond accordingly.

i think i like processed food and animal food but i need to try and stop binge eating if it is possible, idk
