I’m trying to lose weight because I’m losing my figure. I don’t know how my body keeps changing but I will try to eat less and more healthy.

Maybe lower your expectation and be persistent and and more patient lose in healthy way
to be honest you look fine to me. My top tip would be to eat as many vegetables as you can. to fill up on them so you dont and cant eat other things…
personally the diet im following now (its helping me lose a lot of weight) is: I try to have one good meal a day, and then after and before that i allow myself unlimited vegetables…
so for breakfast i have a HUGE bowl of any vegetabels i want…. low-calorie sauces also allowed like hot sauce etc.
then later i have a normal meal like chicken with rice, and vegtables and some fruit
then after than if im still hungry for another meal i will have more vegetables.
imo this mimmics our ancestrial diets. In ancient times people ate once per day for the most part, but its my opinion that if they were to eat again they would be eating things that were readily available…
for example if your out hunting and cannot eat until you bring your hunt back to the tribe, then youd be eating wild edibles like leaves and plants, wild vegetables for the most part. maybe a blueberry or two but not in any significant quantities.
therefore i think the best diet (For me atleast) is to have one good meal a day and before and after that allow myself unlimited vegetables. I’ve lost almost 10lbs eating like this and im never hungry.

I was upset about getting bigger and more bloated for a while but luckily it levelled out, I was thinking about riding a horse again but I’m too heavy for that (92kg) which is about 14 stone and I need to be under 12 stone to ride. I’m ok with my weigh but just wish I could tone it up, I was told cortisol also has a bad effect on men like that too.
