I realized do not understand anything and I do not know where this thing called life is taking us or me.
It is a scary thought.
And schizophrenia is scary because it feels real to me but not to anyone else , very isolating in a scary and sad way
I say anyone one else we all experience a unique form of schizophrenia
My schizophrenia is all about eternal hell. It seems to be sure about that.

I’m sorry, @Zoe. I’m having a bad night too, and it’s all my own fault, I think. Everything seems to be my fault, though no one says it. I feel sad.

I try to remain positive but inside theres a place where I feel a lot of stress.
Maybe if I find the right coping mechanisms that might help.
Weather is nice though! I really like this sunshine. Monday was a bit too hot but yesterday was alright.
I’m also feeling low tonight. Exhaustion. Been handling symptoms and stress a lot lately. Just can’t shake it. My pdoc cancelled on me. So now it’s this coming Friday. I hope I can sort something out. I’m drained.
