I talked to my recruiter

And it seemed she talked badly to me because when I talked about the fact I don’t have a break she said “you can’t do a nap”

My mom talked with one of my colleagues that was listening and said she didn’t talk badly

My sister said I’m sensitive and sometimes think everyone is against me even though it’s not true

Do you think it’s the disease that make me feel like I’m treated badly ?

Even though the director said to me “If it’s like that I don’t want you in my school and we will think to fire you”

A colleague said to me when I was on a bench”can you not sit”

She also talked about me(I heard my name) and complained I don’t take the initiative

Talking about that, the recruiter talked to my director and the director came to see me to say to ask a colleague to watch out the student I take care of while I take a 10 minutes break(I don’t see her often so I don’t know if it will be possible lol) and she said to bring the student at her classroom so I can leave job on time

Maybe you could take opinion from someone who worked in your field…

I can’t recall anyone on forum..

My mom works in this field, do the same jobs

For my job where there are issues, it doesn’t happen like my mom said to me, it’s one of the reasons it’s so distressing

People get mad over the pettiest things in workplace environments. Just keep doing your job and if it’s not for you it’s not for you. Millions of other jobs to get.
