I was threatened to be fired

I tried to talk to the director of the school I work to about something I don’t like to do(changing a diaper full of poop)

And then she threatened me to fire me

I sent a message to my mom to tell her that, she talked about that to her colleague (they both do the same job) and her colleague said wtf, she can’t fire her she not the employer and we don’t have to do that

I sent a mail to my referent, I said I don’t want to do that and I said all the things that happened, apart the remarks of colleagues(the director make me treat a mom she knows differently that others by making me open a door parents shouldn’t take to enter the school, the director told me to come earlier that when I start work, I never had a break, I leave job later that I should)

Hopefully there will be improvement

It’s the first time I work that long, and I enconter a lot of issues like being exploited

Vaiana your in France right? If you work at a school, the food there must be really good, right? I saw a documentary about the food at public schools in France and it was amazing what they were eating lol food is so bad in the states

Food is healthy most of the time

I appreciate it most of the time

But it lack salt and sauce sometimes
