You don’t have a preference for the gender of the sophrologist ?
I know my mom prefers to hear a woman voice when we meditate (once we meditated with a man voice and she didn’t feel relaxed)
I will go to sleep, I will keep searching later @FreeLunch I will try to tell ya soon
Men creep me a bit, I prefer women if possible.
Sorry I missed your message. I was napping.
Sleep well, vaiana
No worries
Thank you, I hope you slept well too
I didn’t sleep ![]()
Oh, you’re anxious ?
Not really I drank too much coffee and then the night kind of got away from me while I was working on some music and then I realized that I would sleep in too late so I decided to stay up and pull an all-nighter.
i hear ya ducky ![]()
Ok, that’s good it’s because you were busy and drank a lot of coffee
I hope you had a good time and will not be too tired
Ever since I started using daridoxterant for more or less regular night sleep. I’ve been quite calm. If you require a medication which isn’t addictive or groggy inducing - this could be an option.
@FreeLunch I think I found a good one, she’s a member of International Sophrology federation and she doesn’t give expensive session, you can even pay less if you have limited income
She’s French so maybe she has an accent Tell me if it’s an issue and I’ll look for another one
Here is her site with the informations:
It makes total sense that when everything piles up it starts to feel like a spiral, especially when you’re trying so hard to find balance. What you’re describing sounds deeply tiring, and it’s okay to say “I’m tired.” That doesn’t mean you’re weak, it means you’re human. You’re already showing strength by fighting through that noise, by trying to use music to ground yourself, and by being honest about how you feel. That’s resilience, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Spiral feelings can feel relentless, but having moments of overwhelm doesn’t erase all the efforts you’re making, like sleep, food, self-care, awareness of thoughts, those matter more than you might realize. It’s okay to rest, to ask for help, to take things moment by moment, not to be “fixed,” but to be supported. You don’t have to carry all of this alone.
Keep holding on to the small things that help, even just recognizing how hard it is, because that is a form of balance. You deserve compassion, peace, and support, and I’m really glad you reached out here. I’m rooting for you ![]()
Totally awesome! Thank you so much. This was huge help. I’m indebted to you.
