Though I’m on a new medication that works extremely well, I’m having troubles in my personal life.
Was recently fired from my job and now I need to move back in with my mother. The town I live in is small and there are practically no jobs. Really stressed right now.
I’ve been looking for jobs around my town too. They are also small so there are still practically no jobs. Just applied to 10 Starbucks stores. I hope they respond. I might have an edge because I’ve worked at Starbucks before.
I don’t hear voices, but I sometimes think people send thoughts to my brain through a microchip implanted under my scalp. Now I know it’s not real. The only thing that makes me go back to psychotic thinking is that when I ignore these delusions, corporations make my life worse like this because they’re making money off of me being a zoo animal to everyone (I have the Truman show delusion) but I know it’s not real, just like your voices are not real.
Have you considered talking to your doctor to put you on a different medication?
Listen mate - the first thing you got to learn to do is chill the hell out mate.
Your not the first, and wont be the last that goes back to mum, because of a crisis.
Thats what mums are for - to pick you up, when your in the crap.
If your still getting strange thoughts, when your on nut drugs @turtle - then its obvious you need something else. Go hassle the hell out of your prescribing doctor.
