I am back after a few days off. My anesthesia is finally worn off this morning and I am happy to report that all my willies and fears were for naught.
I had like a zillion polyps the first time i had one. This time I only had 4 small ones. They said that I could come back in 3 to 5 years this time. The first time they wanted me back in 6 months but I delayed for about 2 years.
I still dont like anesthesia and hopefully it will be some time before I will have to be put under again.

We all have fears; no need to worry about sharing them. I’m really glad it all turned out okay and that you are back. You are always missed when you are gone, even if it’s for a good reason.
Keep in mind sometimes your sense of taste can be a little wonky for up to a few months after the procedure due to anesthetic. I had this problem but it slowly went away.
After my colonoscopy was done the nurse who assisted the doctor asked me out for a date. I told her, “I don’t even know you”. She answered “That’s OK, we don’t have any secrets now.”
