@kali are you hopeful with these drug ..
At least what I have been following the drug development news there is a reason to be cautiously optimistic. At least Evenamide has had pretty promising results. It works in concert with apās and treats symptoms on a wide spectrum. It tones down over excitable neurons I am led to believe. It should help especially if you have treatment resistant type of illness. And it is undergoing phase tree studies on two fronts, results may follow next year. So, maybe not too long before it could be on market.
And Spg-302/Tazbentetol is interesting in itās own right because it is regenerative. Supposedly it regenerates lost synapses in the brain. It does have promising preliminary results, even though it is on phase two. But kinda cool if it could fix problems at the root instead of always needing various drugs to treat this illness.
Then there is Roluperidone which seems bit of a mystery because FDA rejected it first time around because results from studies were not so good. I am bit of loss what is happening with it as of now. But it would be good drug to have if it would work treating negative symptoms, but maybe placebo drug is not needed.
Another interesting drug was Ulotaront but it did not seem to have robust effect size on the last study. Maybe they will try to test it again sometime.
But indeed a whole lot of interesting and promising drugs on the pipeline. And some of them are novel and less harmful how they work. We will see how the development turns out hopefully in not too distant future.

I am on thorazine and qutapine .. postitive symptoms are well managed my cognitive and negative symtoms are worse ..

Same here. There is no treatment for negs that is effective for time being.
I take a low dosage of vraylar, it helps a little.

Tbh, big part of my illness wonāt be improved only with meds, i am putting efforts now, the negative symptoms can be reversed too a bit, i believe in thatā¦
We should move, when we can. But am slowed down for sureā¦ I fear more though my fears and my physical disorder, i got scared of such uncalm, but whateverā¦
