Anyone wear a fitness tracker to track sleep?

Just wondering what everyone’s sleeping patterns are like? I got some of the best sleep of my life last night. Nearly FOUR HOURS of REM sleep that’s like 4 times my normal amount. Got a sleep score rating of 79 out of 100. I feel ready to take on this day. Went swimming this morning now I’m headed out for a run.

Nope. It was stressing me out. Ditched the smart watch entirely in favour of a pedometer I carry in my pocket.

I could see how it could stress someone out. I heard a funny quote that said smart watches are basically Tamagotchi’s and the creature we’re trying to keep alive is ourselves.

I wear one i get high 80s most nights. I feel lucky im sleeping so well right now

I’m now on half the Ambien I used to be on. 5 mg instead of 10mg. And I’m really sleeping so well.

Only use it to track my swimming

Other than that just a watch

thats pretty great! i tracked my sleep more when i first got my smart watch and my sleep atleast at that time was horrendous loli was sleeping like 3-5 hours. wasnt until then i realized i needed to sleep more so im thankful for it
